ABOUT US - Stand By What We Say

    We believe in what we do and always approach any work undertaken with the best of intentions. Sometimes things do go wrong, rest assured if we have caused the problem we will:

    1. Tell as soon as it has happens.

    2. Rectify or put right what has happened.

    3. Where the loss is potentially significant we have public liability insurance covering 2 million.


    We do stand by what we say. If you are not 100% satisfied with service or the way you have been treated you can demand a complete refund of our time that has been dedicated to that specific project.


  1. Never share you confidential information with anyone, unless you ask us to do so

  2. Treat your equipment with care and as if it were our own

  3. Respond to your calls:

    • Normal non-urgent support within 4 hours

    • Urgent support, but not mission critical within 2 hours

    • Emergency, mission critical 1 hour

  4. Be truthful and always make recommendations that are right for you, not us

  5. Always seek permission from you if estimates are likely to be exceeded

  6. Be transparent with our charges and never hide or disguise work undertaken
