If you are a regular customer, you don’t need to bring your computer into our office for diagnostics.
If your computer is still functioning but exhibits problems, we can reach-out via the internet and jump into your system and quickly determine where the problem may be. From our experience most challenges tend to be set up or system conflicts.
Check out our Resource Centre – common faults and step through some of the common problems we have discovered. It may be a quick fix that you can make yourself. Once you have done this and still can’t find a solution, you can book in call with us via our problem resolution ticketing system.
